Hello aviator,
This troubleshoot has two solutions which are dependent on each one.
- Windows + R -> services > check VooDoo Services that are running or not.
- Check [C or D]:\Program Files\VOODOOUC\www\config -> open db file with a text editor and check the Port of Database and Database Credentials -> after Restart all services which are named VooDoo in services application.
Note: In db file which is in the config folder, Port and Credentials should be the same with your Database Credentials and Port Number.
