MediaKit error during installation

I want to install the Voodoo robot on a different machine, but I get a MediaKit error that I have not received before and the installation fails.

What is the solution for this?

Hello,

The error you are getting is due to not having windows media feature pack installed.

Here’s what you need to do to install the Windows media feature pack ;

Open the settings window and search for optional features and enter into it.

Then click add an optional feature.

We search for the Media Feature Pack and install it.
(It may also appear as Windows Media Player Legacy on your device).

Then restart your device and try to install the robot again.
